SHE Manager Job in Telford, Shropshire

We are currently working exclusively with a leading manufacturing organisation, based in Telford who are currently seeking an experienced SHE Manager to join their business. A great opportunity to be the lead on the site with a market leader in their field.

The Role:

  • Promote a positive Health, Safety and Environmental culture across the business
  • You will provide day to day Health and Safety advice
  • You will be involved with carrying out accident investigations, risk assessments, audits, providing training, developing management systems and keeping abreast of new regulations
  • Monitoring and developing Health and Safety performance within the business, ensuring standards and company objectives are met

The Candidate:

  • NEBOSH General, or similar, relevant qualification, ideally working toward Diploma
  • You must have prior experience working in an engineering or manufacturing environment
  • You will have a positive, proactive approach to your work, with strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
